“Healthy Goodness” Product Line

When Mineo & Sapio Italian Sausage first began producing low-fat Chicken Italian sausage, it was to address the needs of consumers concerned with eating healthier and/or losing weight. Our goal was to manufacture a low-fat product that not only had health benefits, but that lived up to our 80-year objective to manufacture a product that is used as the standard of excellence in the industry. That meant that our low-fat products must taste delicious in addition to being good for you!

The popularity of Mineo & Sapio’s low-fat chicken products has been astounding. This overwhelming demand for a low-fat, great-tasting product line has prompted Mineo & Sapio Italian Sausage to introduce “Healthy Goodness”, a line of low-fat products that meets the needs of today’s health-conscious consumer and offers them expanded choices. In addition to Mineo & Sapio’s variety of low-fat Chicken Italian Sausage links and patties and low-fat Chicken Chorizo, “Healthy Goodness” also includes low-fat Chicken Meatballs, and low-fat Chicken Meat Loaf.
